Dear Tiger Knight players, 

Recently it became apparent that a few players were unable to log in and play the game as normal. While these connection problems were outside of our control and didn’t affect everyone, we regret that some players were denied access to Tiger Knight for any length of time.
 

By now, most of those problems should be resolved. For anyone still having issues, please see this thread: http://steamcommunity.com/app/534500/discussions/0/133259227518859545/

As a small gesture, we will be issuing a 2 Day VIP card (plus 2000 Prestige) to all players on March 15th .

We wish to thank all those players who submitted diagnostic files, and would encourage you to continue reporting unusual connection behavior.
